Revitalize the Gedora Lake and transform it into a nature park with wetland habitats, serving as a link between the urban landscape of the city center and the surrounding natural landscape.
The design and development was done through a participatory process with a multidisciplinary approach and with broad financial backing, using a nature-based solutions approach.

- Sustainable Landscaping Pilot along the route.
- Ecological infrastructures survey done by the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.
- Formation of a broad multisectoral partnership consisting of three local authorities and 10 organizations from the first and third sectors.
- Raised NIS 1,200,000 for initial planning and execution of a Vision Demonstration Space.
- Formation of a professional, multidisciplinary planning team from within various fields.
- Formation of an eco-hydrological and urban vision.
- Locating of a space for the vision demonstration.
- Vision Demonstration Space – expected completion: End of 2024.
